This program offers a guided, behind-the-scenes look at how an integrated ambulatory model operates, with a focus on the patient journey, access, and coordinated care delivery.
Participants will engage directly with the environment, observing how clinical operations, referral networks, and consumer experience are designed to function together, by getting a in depth tour of the health park.
Attendees will also hear from experts within the health park who will share how and why this model was developed and how it is sustained in practice.
The goal of this experience is to provide a practical understanding of how care delivery, business strategy, and consumer expectations intersect within a modern healthcare setting.
