How to Earn Points
This page shows all the ways you can earn points! Each main title is a category, and under each one you’ll see drop-down menus for different subcategories.
Just click a drop-down to see all the point opportunities within that section — along with how many points each one is worth.
These points are tracked by ACHECF and are displayed live for your convenience. You can check your point status at any time by clicking below and navigating to your first name and last initial.

This 1:1 virtual session will introduce you to a young professional that have successfully taken their next steps—whether into their first professional role, or a competitive fellowship. It is a relaxed, open conversation where you can ask honest questions, gain real insight, and receive meaningful guidance as you begin shaping your own path after graduation.

Through this opportunity, you will be personally introduced to a respected healthcare professional for an in-person meeting. This is designed to allow you to build your network, gain insight, ask questions, and form a professional relationship that can support your career journey moving forward.

This exclusive shadowing experience offers the opportunity to spend a day alongside a healthcare executive, gaining firsthand insight into leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational operations. Students will observe how executives navigate challenges, lead teams, and drive the mission of their organization—providing a rare, behind-the-scenes perspective on leadership in action.

Emerging Professional Award

Student who earns the highest total points across all eligible ACHECF Student Associates within a single semester.
If a student has already received the Emerging Professional Award in a previous semester, the award is granted to the next highest point earner.

Want to Serve as a Mentor?
We invite healthcare professionals, leaders, and executives to support ACHECF Student Associates by participating in our Student Points System. This form allows you to express interest in serving as a mentor for a motivated student.
FAQs

Yes. You must be a registered ACHE of Central Florida Student Associate to participate and earn points. If you are not yet a member, you can sign up through the ACHE website to start tracking your points and working toward your Student Associate levels.

No. Points will never reset, you can keep earning until you are no longer a student!

Please check regularly the email you registered with as a student associate. There, we will contact you of any acheivement’s, and awards.
It is important to check your junk mail as well, incase any emails found their way there!

ACHE Credits are awarded only for eligible events hosted by the ACHE of Central Florida Chapter, which can be found on the Central Florida Events Calendar under the Student Events page. Eligible events will list the number of credits available, followed by IP, VI, or QE. These credits can be manually uploaded to your ACHE National account and count toward earning your Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) credential. While attending these events may also earn you Student Engagement Points, ACHE Credits themselves do not count toward the Student Engagement Point system.
Student Engagement Points are a separate recognition system managed by the ACHE of Central Florida Student Associates Chapter. This program tracks your participation in chapter activities and rewards your involvement with networking opportunities, leadership recognition, and graduation regalia. Unlike ACHE Credits, Student Engagement Points are automatically tracked for you and can be viewed on the Student Engagement Point Tracker.
