About the Speaker
Dr. Michelle Crozier earned her PhD and MPH in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida. She has extensive experience as a communicable disease epidemiologist and program manager with the Florida Department of Health. In academia, she has taught at UCF and USF, led the Epidemiology MPH concentration, and managed the Health Sciences Collegiate Academy at Lake-Sumter State College. Her research focuses on mitigating the effects of psychological trauma in the community, and she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of public health professionals.
