  • Katrina Garcia is the Director of Compliance at AdventHealth and the incoming President of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) of Central Florida immediate past Communications Chair. She is a seasoned healthcare compliance leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, specializing in compliance, credentialing, and risk management.

    Katrina holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Florida International University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from ECPI University. She is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and has a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance performance, reduce organizational risk, and support strategic growth.

    Throughout her career, Katrina has been recognized for proactively aligning operations with an ever-evolving regulatory landscape to ensure long-term organizational resilience and success. She is highly skilled in designing and implementing cross-functional processes across compliance, health information management, credentialing, and finance. Her experience spans healthcare systems, medical devices, and Department of Defense programs, with extensive collaboration with accrediting and regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission, CARF, ACHC, and others.
